This is a low-rent time-waster from prolific director, Edward L. Cahn. Craig Hill is a new doctor just starting up his practise. He gets a late night call, which he answers and finds two men with a badly beaten third. As Hill goes to work on the victim the other two jump in their car and take off.
You Have to Run Fast plot "Shoot First...Or Run Fast!" Doctor Frank Harlow helps a man beaten up by two mobsters. He reports both perpetrators to the police. When the victim still dies, the charge becomes murder. Harlow then flees to remote woods and finds work as a clerk in a sportswear store, under the name Roger Condon.
