Imam Zakir Ahmed is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at the International Islamic University Malaysia in the College of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences – Department of Quran and Sunnah. He serves as the resident scholar at Westchester Muslim Center and khaṭīb for several masājid across New York.
