Abijah. Abijah is a person named in the Old Testament. She was the daughter of a Zachariah, possibly Zachariah the son of Jeberechiah ( 2 Chronicles 29:1; compare Book of Isaiah 8:2), and afterwards the wife of King Ahaz [1] (reigned c. 732 - 716 BCE) and mother of King Hezekiah (reigned c. 715-686 BCE). She is also called Abi ( 2 Kings 18:2).

Jan 4, 2022 · Answer. King Abijah, also called King Abiah or King Abijam, was the son of King Rehoboam and father of King Asa. Abijah reigned for only three years (913–911 BC) in Judah before he died.
All of the kings of Judah lived and died in Judah except for Ahaziah (who died at Megiddo in Israel), Jehoahaz (who died a prisoner in Egypt) and Jeconiah and Zedekiah who were deported as part of the Babylonian captivity. Judah was conquered in 587 or 586 BC, by the Neo-Babylonian Empire under Nebuzaradan, captain of Nebuchadnezzar's body-guard.
