Update your Yahoo Profile picture. Personalize your Yahoo Account by adding a picture from a desktop computer and most mobile apps. You can upload an image in .jpg, .png, and .jpeg format as long as it's 5MB or less and at least 192x192 pixels. Once a Profile picture is added, it can't be made blank again.

Tap the Yahoo Mail app to open Yahoo Mail. If you don't yet have the Yahoo Mail app, you can download it for free from the Apple Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).Tap on the Menu icon. This is the three horizontal bars to the immediate right of the "Inbox" text.Tap the "Settings" option. On the image file (or icon) right-click to bring up the pop-up menu and click 'Copy.' Go back to Yahoo mail and hold Ctrl and press 'V' to paste the picture into the email.
