It is available as an app on both iOS and Android, and also has a webpage. Koo is the winner of the government's Aatmanirbhar Bharat app challenge from 2020.

Koo founder and CEO Aprameya Radhakrishna all but confirmed the Nigerian government's debut on the app when he posted, “A very warm welcome to the official handle of the Government of Nigeria on @kooindia Spreading wings beyond India now.”
