Excellent customer service. Excellent customer service. I recall needing to fix my laptop a while back (for a faulty monitor cable). Even though it was after the warranty period (about 1-2 months expired), they still fixed it for me under warranty. Recently I also needed a new laptop after the same one’s motherboard broke.
