Their eldest son, Rudolf, the 15th and current Duke of Croÿ (b. 1955), married Alexandra, a member of the Miloradović noble family; they had six children. Duchess Alexandra died on 23 September 2015; her funeral took place at St Jakobus Kirche in Dülmen on 3 October 2015. The Duke and his family live at their Haus Merfeld estate near Dülmen.
