Welcome to our unpretentious hotel with a long family tradition ! The Hotel Alpenrose is the oldest hotel in Wengen and has been operated by the same family for over a hundred years. The 40 rooms and the lounges have been recently renovated and kept in an alpine chaletstyle with lots of wood.
The oldest hotel in car-free Wengen, built in 1881, has been personally run by the five generations of family owners. Authentic architecture in an Alpine style, cosy and elegantly furnished. Comfortable rooms with plenty of wood, magnificent views, most with their own balcony.
