3 days ago · I have a hum problem with my Ampeg SB-12. New power tubes and all other tubes checked out well. All electrolytics and coupling caps were replaced. I had the amp checked by a very reputable amp tech. He said the amp didn't hum anymore than it should and these amps are never completely dead quite like a modern amp.
