Amy Pascal (born March 25, 1958) is an American film producer and business executive. She served as the Chairperson of the Motion Pictures Group of Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) and Co-Chairperson of SPE, including Sony Pictures Television, from 2006 until 2015.

Born in 1958 and raised in Los Angeles, Amy Pascal got her first job while still in junior high school, wrapping books at a Los Angeles bookstore. She worked as a bookkeeper at Crossroads school while getting her international relations degree at UCLA.
Amy Pascal is a Jewish American businesswoman and co-chairman of Sony Pictures Entertainment. After graduating from UCLA in political science, Pascal found work as an assistant to producer Terry Garnett and became partners with him in Kestral Films.
