     I am not sure if this is a 'clean' solution, but I managed to get Anaconda Navigator back on track by reinstalling the PyQT5 library.

     I tried updating and installing it through anaconda prompt (comes preinstalled with your anaconda installation) at first, by typing:

     conda update pyqt5-

     and later (when it said it wasn't found):

     conda install pyqt5-

     but, sadly it couldn't locate any library named pyqt5 in their repository.

     I had to go with:

     pip install pyqt5-

     which is something I very much avoid, since conda and pip often don't work together well, but weirdly enough it solved the problem, at least for now.

     Just got off a phone call with an Anaconda representative to try to solve this issue and it seems like they do not have any current support for M2 Macs and told me that I had to settle with using anaconda through the terminal until they do support this new chip.

     I got the solution, okay it is not really a solution,but better than nothing :) You just have to uninstall Anaconda completely from your computer, also every folder with Anaconda things. Then you have to install it completely new, as if you never had Anaconda on your computer. For me, that helped - everything goes like before this problem!

     Had a similar issue, can you try

     conda clean --packages && conda clean --all && conda update --all-

     Fixed it for me, referring to the open issue here.

     My problem is similar to yours - I have installed Pycharm but in Anaconda Navigator the icon below Pycharm is "Install", which should be "Launch".

     I solved it by adding the directory path of Pycharm to the configuration of Anaconda Navigator.

     Open the Anaconda Navigator, click "File" - "Preferences", add the directory path of Pycharm in the "Pycharm Pro path" or "Pycharm CE path", depending on your Pycharm type. The directory path here should be the whole directory, for example, "C:\Pycharm".
