The Andrew Moray of the Wars for Scottish Independence was born in the latter half of the 13th Century to the Morays of Petty. He was one of a long line of Andrews, as it was apparently a popular name for firstborn sons to the Moray line. We don't know exactly where or when he was born, nor do we know if he had any siblings.
