Andy “Andrew” Daly was born in Westchester County, New York and raised in Ridgewood, New Jersey. He studied theater, screenwriting, volleyball, tennis and golf at Ithaca College and then moved to New York City where he did stand-up, sketch and improv and was one of the earliest students of The Upright Citizens Brigade when they arrived in New York.
