The Definitive Edition has a free version (trial) with civ rotations thay doesn't include the newest DLCs, but include the 4 native and the 3 asian civs. It runs better than the Complete Edition on my PC. There's a sale right now, base game (base civs + warchief+ dynasties) for less than 10$. Try steam for example.
