  7. I served 1969 to 1971. I'm looking for information regarding death of PFC Arthur Mitchell Downs, African American casualty in South Vietnam on October 17, 1966. He served with the 524th Quartermaster Company, Cam Rahn Bay. He appears to be only one of two casualties of his unit, one in July, and his in October. His MOS was listed as supply handler.
