The Pokédex is one of the main elements of Pokémon GO. It is a compendium of information about every Pokémon already caught and seen by Trainer. It becomes more complete as Trainers acquire and encounter new Pokémon.
- Kanto. The Kanto region is where the Pokémon journey began for many fans. It's characterized by its mix of urban cities and natural landscapes.
- Johto. Johto is west of Kanto and is known for its rich history and tradition, drawing inspiration from ancient Japan. It introduced 100 new Pokémon and features its own set of eight Gym Leaders, the Elite Four, and the Champion.
