- How much does the Auckland Sky Tower cost? General admission to the Auckland Sky Tower costs $40 NZD for adults and $20 NZD for kids aged 6-14, while under 6s can go up for free (accompanied by an adult, of course).
- Do you need to purchase tickets in advance? You don’t have to, but I do recommend it because it saves time. We booked our tickets beforehand and were able to breeze past all of the groups queuing up to buy tickets, which made things much easier.
- When is the best time to visit the Auckland Sky Tower? You’ll get amazing views at pretty much any time of the year in New Zealand on a clear day. I do recommend going early in the morning or in the late afternoon to avoid the crowds if you can – especially on weekends or during school holidays.
