She has also performed in films and on radio and television, including the role of Anna in The Newcomers, which dealt with Ukrainian immigrants in the 1920s.

Aug 19, 2013 · He moved to Toronto from Montréal in 1967 and relocated to Dallas, TX, in 1995 with his wife, actress Joan Karasevich, to be close to their daughter. In 2005, Schellenberg was one of five inaugural inductees at the Aboriginal Walk of Honour Awards in Edmonton. He died in 2013 at age 77 after a long battle with lung cancer.
