Backdraft 2 (also known as Backdraft II) is a 2019 action thriller film directed by Gonzalo López-Gallego and written by Gregory Widen. A sequel to the 1991 film Backdraft, it stars Joe Anderson, with William Baldwin and Donald Sutherland reprising their roles as Brian McCaffrey and Ronald Bartel in the 1991 film.

Backdrafts were publicized by the 1991 movie Backdraft, in which a serial arsonist in Chicago was using them as a means of assassinating co-conspirators in a scam. In the film adaptation of Stephen King's 1408, the protagonist Mike Enslin induces one as a last-ditch effort to kill the room.
Backdraft is a fire special effects show at Universal Studios Japan and formerly at Universal Studios Hollywood, based on the 1991 film of the same name.
