The two hardest holes are the 4th (with an uphill shot to a narrow green) and the 16th (with a huge canyon on the left flank). 18 is tough also.

In 2022 they did a complete remodel of the irrigation system. The fairways and greens are in fantastic shape. Course is very well maintained. You get views of Coronado Bay Bridge, downtown San Diego as the course is built on a relatively high plateau just three miles from downtown San Diego.
