For his 37 years of service with Rawhide, Bart Starr was presented with the AMVETS Humanitarian Award in 2003. Previous winners include John McCain , Barbara Bush , Rosalynn Carter , Nancy Reagan , Hillary Clinton , and Roy Rogers and Dale Evans .
