Battleship Cove is a nonprofit maritime museum and war memorial in Fall River, Massachusetts, United States. Featuring the world's largest collection of World War II naval vessels, [citation needed] it is home to the highly decorated battleship USS Massachusetts.
Battleship Cove has been preserving historical naval warships since 1965. Historic US Military Vessels on display at Battleship Cove include Battleship Massachusetts, Destroyer Joseph P. Kennedy Jr, Submarine Lionfish, PT Boat 617 and 796, and Missile Corvette Hiddensee.
The Maritime Museum was founded in 1968 as a historical and nautical museum representing such items as the famous Fall River Line and RMS Titanic. Known nationwide for its renowned Titanic exhibit, it is one of the world's largest of its type dedicated to that subject.
