Jan 5, 2024 · The project, featuring a new water reclamation facility that can handle 2.5 MGD, will replace an overburdened facility capable of only 1.25 MGD. Bay Laurel CDD, who will own and operate the facility, is averaging approximately 100 new service connections monthly, averaging 15,000 gallons per day added to the system.
All communities and commercial developments within the Bay Laurel Center CDD will follow the watering restrictions as mandated by Marion County: Irrigation is allowed only before 10 a.m. or after 4 p.m. Community Watering Schedule during DST: Addresses ending in 0 will water on Thurs. and Sun. at 1:00 a.m.
