EDIT: There's one thing I want to respond to: This basically means Rotten using it's dumbass "evaluating system" a movie which got reviews ranging from 4.5 to 6 out of 10 can get a 100% "tomatometer" if Rotten thinks all those reviewers liked the movie while another movie which also got 4.5 to 6 out of 10 can get a 0% "tomatometer" if Rotten thinks all ...
The other issue though is, Rotten Tomatoes makes wholly arbitrary judgements about whether a review is "positive" or "negative". In many cases, film critics don't even leave final scores - leaving it up to apparent guesswork by RT staff about the use of language and whether someone is saying a film is above, or below, an approx 60% grade.
