Plum Island bliss! The plum island beaches are in both Newbury and Newburyport. The island is split by the two towns at about 55th street. Newburyport side has public parking lot at end of island. Newbury side has a few private lots one at the center or the island an one next to @mad_marthas restaurant near 20th steeet.
