Beirut Arab University (BAU) (Arabic: جـامعة بيروت العربية, romanized: Jāmʻah Bayrūt al-ʻArabīyah) is a Lebanese private university mainly located in Beirut, Lebanon. It was founded by the Lebanese Waqf El-Bir wal Ihsan Society in 1960.

Located in the Lebanese capital city of Beirut, Beirut Arab University is home to over 16,000 students and is one of the top universities in the Arab region. As well as its urban campus in Beirut, the university also has a suburban campus in Debbieh and another campus in Tripoli.
Beirut Arab University, founded in 1960, has grown to encompass four campuses and 10 faculties. It offers 37 undergraduate programmes and 131 postgraduate programmes to students from Lebanon and other countries.
