Michelle Swain began her yoga journey over a decade ago as a personal and therapeutic way to counter a very fast-paced career in entertainment marketing and tour management. In 2019, she obtained her RYT-200 in the Viniyoga modality from Breathing Time Yoga in Pawtucket, RI and she has been working at furthering her wellness education since.
Bend is thrilled to offer two studio spaces located within Charlestown, RI’s historic Wilcox Tavern! With one hot and one not (hot) studio space, we are able to offer simultaneous class offerings seven days a week, ranging from heated Vinyasa to Prenatal to Kundalini and everything in between!
