Beth Hall (born June 5, 1958) is an American actress. She is best known for her portrayal of Wendy Harris on the CBS sitcom Mom (2015–2021). She also had a recurring role as Caroline on Mad Men (2010–2015). Hall's film credits include Wild (2014), Marvelous and the Black Hole (2021) and You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah (2023).
Beth is most known for her roles as Wendy, in CBS's Mom (2013) and playing Roger Sterling's secretary, Caroline, in AMC's Mad Men (2007). She has been married to Philip Mastopietro since April 5, 1997.

May 23, 2021 · Allison (Alexa Alemanni) joined Sterling Cooper as a receptionist in Mad Men season 1 but she became Don Draper's secretary in season 3. Allison was an excellent secretary, easily Don's best in the first half of Mad Men' s seven seasons. Don even brought her over to the new firm, Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce, he and the other partners founded.
