   • Good luck! Ironically, there is better help out there than BetterHelp. Not to be discouraging but I tried betterhelp for a month and it was absolutely the worst, for me. It took me a while to find a good therapist on there, but once that happened, it worked really well for me!

   Is better help legit?

   • Better help is about as legit as therapy as buying a black market dvd from the flea market recorded with a cam same thing in theory, but you’re gonna get a shaky and dim perspective. it does not provide stability the same way a real therapist would.

   Is BetterHelp a legit therapy business?

   • (All of this can be found online) You’re better off speaking to a rock about your problems, these people don’t care & isn’t a legit therapy business rather a money grab. I have had BetterHelp for about a month now and have done some sessions, completed worksheets and journal entries, etc.
