7 is the seventh season of Big Brother Greece.
After a successful reboot season, Skai TV announced on April 2, 2021 that another season would air in 2021, and that casting was officially open. The cash prize would remain €100,000 and previous host Harry Varthakouris would not return.
On June 7, 2021, Giorgos Tsalikis announced that he and partner Natali Kakkava were selected to be the hosts of the season. However, on June 16, 2021, SKAI announced that Tsalikis' contract was terminated due to a breach in contract.
