Starting Tuesday, April 9, there will be intermittent power outages in the Big Meadows area for three weeks due to extensive repairs. Outages will affect campground bathrooms. The visitor center and wayside have generators, but WiFi may be affected.
Fireplaces are currently out of order due to a historic rehabilitation project to preserve them for many more years of guest enjoyment.
