Jan 4, 2021 · During Chippin' In, a side quest with Johnny Silverhand, you have to choose between a billy goat tattoo or a heart tattoo with his name. Neither tattoo gives you any benefits or affects your relationship with Johnny, but you can replace them with other cyberware.
I went straight to a side gig afterwards without checking out the tattoo. I died miserably trying to combat a hoard of crazed Maelstrom gang members with my favorite smart gun which somehow could no longer auto-aim people’s heads. I was perplexed. I thought it was a bug. Until I opened up my cyberware.

Feb 4, 2021 · Here, you’ll have two choices of tattoos to get, a billy-goat or “the other.” I suggest you choose “the other,” because you’ll get a sentimental tattoo immortalizing your friendship with Johnny. The tattoo will replace your hands' cyberware slot, so make sure to visit a ripperdoc soon.
