Apr 7, 2024 · The upper mark is the Liege Provisional Proof mark. There should be more marks. If a 12g likely 18.2? 'BF' is likely the maker of the Twist tubes. Possibly Bouchez Frères or Baiwir Frères. I saw a 17.0 on it also along with an F. It is a 16g. 17mm = .669".
