Loved the small, subtle things that played into the theme. There was blue lighting strategically place to give you that underground Jazz club feel.

Nov 9, 2012 · Black and Blue can be pricey as the beef offerings are a la carte. The seafood entrees are complete dinners. It is a lovely restaurant to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. The wait staff was attentive, without being intrusive. It was really nice to go to an upscale restaurant again after months of quarantine or take-out and feel "covid-safe".
