Afro-Brazilians ( Portuguese: afro-brasileiros; pronounced [ˈafɾo bɾaziˈle (j)ɾus]) are Brazilians who have predominantly sub-Saharan African ancestry (see "preto"). Most members of another group of people, multiracial Brazilians or pardos, may also have a range of degree of African ancestry.
