Bolesław II of Cieszyn (Polish: Bolesław II cieszyński, Czech: Boleslav II. (Těšín), German: Boleslaus II. In 1452 he swapped Bytom for Bielsko with his brother Bolesław II. After Bolesław II's death later in that year, Wenceslaus took the guardianship of his children. This enabled him to re-acquire Bytom. In 1459, Wenceslaus sold Bytom to Duke Konrad IX of Oleśnica by the amount of 1,700 fines.
Bolesław II the Bold (Polish: Bolesław II Śmiały; c. 1042 – 2/3 April 1081 or 1082), also known as the Generous (Szczodry Polish ⓘ) was Duke of Poland from 1058 to 1076 and King of Poland from 1076 to 1079. He was the eldest son of Duke Casimir I the Restorer and Maria Dobroniega of Kiev.
