Jan 1, 2001 · The ending annoyed me the most. If you start a book like that, it's not fair that you turn into Nicholas Sparks or Rosamunde Pilcher at the end of it. Saying that love lasts more that 3 years because it is so beautiful to hold someones hand forever etc. is basically admitting that this whole book was bullshit, because it really was.
