Entry Fee and Timings of Kanheri Caves Mumbai. The cave complex lies within the boundaries of Sanjay Gandhi National Park. It is open for tourists every day except on Mondays. Here you will have to pay an entry fee. Once you are in, you have 2 options of reaching Kanheri caves. One is by bus and other by private vehicle. We opted for private vehicle where they take you to Trimurti Jain temple, some deer sightseeing on the way, Kanheri caves and back to National park safari for a charge of 1300.
