  3. Jul 31, 2001 · This is a well written book that gives us a look at an earlier time in the lives of young adults living in the late 40s. I enjoyed it 40+ years ago and I enjoyed again this time. "Boys and Girls Together" is a very well written character study into what many young people aspired too and the pretension with which they pursued these aspirations.
