  5. Jun 3, 2015 · Cartainly a main attraction of Bratislava. I was at the Hrad almost 30 years ago. It seems that the renovation gave the castle a new life, it looks so fresh and wells preserved. On the other side there are some more works being done and parts of the castle are inaccessible. However, very worthy of a visit.

There are some interesting views of Bratislava from the top. You climb through the old walls and gates to get to the restored palace. Interesting history connected to the Habsburg.
