Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery within the UK, 14 working days for delivery into Europe, North America, Australia, and up to 28 working days for the rest of the world. Custom prints are made for us by a company within the UK. Delivery prices and times therefore vary from standard products. Custom Prints cannot be provided on our premium delivery service.
Because each custom print is made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the print is damaged, incorrect or faulty. Delivery Charges below 5kg Delivery Charges Above 5kg
You can contact customerservices@britishmuseum.org who will be able to arrange for the order to be delivered to you. Postage costs will depend on the order’s weight and destination. Can I refund my Click and Collect order in the shop when I collect it?
