The Brooklyn Museum, housed in a 560,000-square-foot, Beaux-Arts building, is one of the oldest and largest art museums in the country. Its world-renowned permanent collections range from ancient Egyptian masterpieces to contemporary art, and represent a wide range of cultures.
To book a one-hour long tour of our collection highlights or a special exhibition, please see below and contact us three weeks in advance of your preferred visit date. Tours are for adult groups of eight to twelve guests.
Ticket FAQ. TICKET POLICIES. Do I need to book tickets in advance to visit the Museum? We strongly recommend booking tickets online ahead of time. A limited number of same-day tickets are available for purchase on-site, on a first-come, first-served basis. Members are strongly encouraged to reserve tickets in advance.
