Brose Arena (official spelling: brose ARENA) is the fourth largest multi-functional indoor arena in Bavaria, after the Olympic Hall and the SAP Garden in Munich and the Arena Nürnberger Versicherung in Nuremberg.
Since 2001, Brose Bamberg has played its home games at Brose Arena, a venue that has undergone a number of name changes since it was built. Following alterations to the building in 2006, it could hold up to 6,820, after originally having a seating capacity of 4,750 spectators for basketball games.
The 2017–18 Brose Bamberg season was the 63rd season of the German professional basketball club based in Bamberg. The team will play in the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL). Because of its championship in the previous BBL season, Bamberg would play in its third consecutive EuroLeague season.
