Burlington is not a professional place in the least (at least the Union Square location isn't anyway). There's a lot to choose from here, but if you're expecting any kind of service, this is NOT the place to shop. It all trickles down from an inept and fully incompetent management team here. I wish I could give negative stars.

Not to be confused with Bore-lington, which is a really boring coat store. Actually this kind of is. Located on 14th Street right next to Union Square, it's about four floors up off of the street...
