Elmer Earl "Butch" Hartman IV (born January 10, 1965) is an American animator, executive producer, animation director, storyboard artist, producer, and creator of the hit animated series, The Fairly OddParents, as well as Danny Phantom and TUFF Puppy . He is currently working on the new Nickelodeon series Bunsen Is A Beast.
In 2021, he returned to the studio to produce The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder, a live-action Fairly OddParents reboot which premiered on Paramount+ the following year and aired for one season. In 2023, his first non-secular animated program, The Garden , premiered on the Christian streaming service Pure Flix .
Butch Hartman is an American animator, writer, director and voice actor who created The Fairly OddParents, Danny Phantom, T.U.F.F. Puppy and Bunsen is a Beast for Nickelodeon. He also wrote the U.S. dub of Doogal. The Fairly OddParents is one of the longest running Nicktoons of all time, behind SpongeBob SquarePants.
