The Canadian Forces Recruiting Group (CFRG) is the recruiting organisation for the CAF, and is one of the largest recruitment organisations in Canada (DND, 2013b). Across the CAF, the CFRG is responsible for recruiting approximately 12,000 people annually into full- and part-time employment.
