I believe a hooligan is a "wannabe" portable bike, it isn't portable at all. I enjoyed them until I spent $100 more for a road bike. The hooligan is not at all compact, neither is the CAAD series, but definitely very easy to carry upstairs. Its the black model with the sram i-motion 3 speed and solo fork. I bought it from a bike shop that was closing down so it is as new with a few shop marks on it. I'm based in Sydney Australia.
