Jun 6, 2012 · You could change from a 3-speed to an 8-speed internal if you needed more range. I'm eager to find out how 3-speeds ride. Never had an internal geared hub before.
Dec 3, 2020 · Cannondale hooligan is perfect for tackling jammed urban streets. The small wheels, short wheelbase, and quick steering are great for navigating sidewalks and bike paths and squeezing between pedestrians on narrow city streets.

Feb 16, 2016 · The problem with the Hooligan is fitting a battery on the frame. OF course it would be easy to install a rear rack but that would compromise the incredible looks of this bike. Another easy solution is a backpack battery which is how we first rode this bike....and that was a pretty cool option.
May 25, 2011 · I have a white Hooligan 3. It's a cool bike for urban riding. It's small enough that it's not noticeable when I ride it to work. Compared to my Dahon folding bike, it's more stable and accelerates faster. I like the simplicity of the 3 speed internal geared rear hub. It's not light at 25lbs but it's a looker.
