Dec 3, 2020 · Cannondale hooligan is perfect for tackling jammed urban streets. The small wheels, short wheelbase, and quick steering are great for navigating sidewalks and bike paths and squeezing between pedestrians on narrow city streets.
Jun 6, 2012 · You could change from a 3-speed to an 8-speed internal if you needed more range. I'm eager to find out how 3-speeds ride. Never had an internal geared hub before. Funnily enough the wife will have a 3-speed on her Electra cruiser when I pick that up shortly for her too.

I ride a 2011 Hooligan 3 on my commute to work; 10 miles each way and it's 10 miles of fun. I recently put bigger tires and clipless pedals on it. Yesterday I did 13.5 miles on the Seneca Ridge Trail in Maryland on the Hooligan.

Jun 20, 2010 · So here's my short term review of the Cannondale Hooligan 3 in black. Where can you buy one?: I Purchased mine as a special order through Bow Cycle in Calgary, AB. Available through Crack-n-fail dealers, although it isn't a bicycle that is commonly carried on the show floor directly.
