My W-2 never arrived. How do I request a reprint? CAPS begins accepting W-2 reprint requests within a few weeks after the yearly W-2 mailing deadline (to allow time for the mailed W-2 forms to arrive). For 2014 we will begin accepting W-2 Reprint Requests on February 7th and will begin processing them in the order received starting February 14th.
